Thumler's Model A-R1, A-R2, A-R6 & A-R12 Replacement Belt

Replacing the belt on a Thumler's Tumbler is an easy job that can be done without tools. Just lift the drive shaft with the pulley off of the frame, slip the belt over the pulley, replace the drive shaft and stretch the belt over the motor pulley. Congratulations!

Thumler's Tumblers Bearings:

Thumler's bearings are simple to replace. Just remove the retainer clip from the end of the shaft, remove the old bearing, slide on a new bearing and replace the retainer clip. We suggest purchasing some extra retainer clips just in case you damage one while taking it off or putting it on.

Nylon rollers for Thumlers tumbler's idler shaft

Thumler's Tumbler Nylon Roller:

After years of use the nylon rollers on the idler shaft my wear down and need to be replaced. We offer a set of two rollers for the AR-1 and AR-6 tumblers and a set of three rollers for the AR-2 and AR-12 tumblers. Roller replacement is simple just remove the old rollers from the idler shaft and slide the new rollers into their place.

Thumler's Rubber Roller:

These rubber rollers for the drive shaft are what give the barrel traction and keep it turning to tumble the rocks inside. Replace worn rollers for optimum tumbling action. A set of two rubber rollers is needed for the AR-1 and AR-6 tumblers while a set of three rollers is needed for the AR-2 and AR-12 tumblers.

Thumler's Shaft Retainer Clips:

Retainer clips are used to hold the bearings on the end of the shafts and to hold the nylon rollers in the proper location on the idler shaft.

Thumler's 3-Pound Barrel Lid:

This is the plastic lid that covers a Thumler's Tumbler three-pound barrel.

Thumler's 3-Pound Barrel Retaining Ring:

This is the rubber retaining ring that is used to secure the lid on a Thumler's Tumbler three-pound barrel.

Thumler's 2-Pound Barrel:

This is a two pound capacity rubber barrel that fits the Thumler's Model MP-1 rock tumbler. It includes the soft rubber barrel, lid and sealing ring. TIP: Get an extra barrel and dedicate it to the polishing step. This significantly reduces the possibility of grit contamination.

Thumler's 3-Pound Barrel:

This is a three pound capacity rubber barrel that fits the Thumler's Model A-R1, Model A-R2, and Model T rock tumblers. It includes the soft rubber barrel, lid and sealing ring. TIP: Get an extra barrel and dedicate it to the polishing step. This significantly reduces the possibility of grit contamination.

Thumler's 9-Pound Barrel:

Here is a nine-pound capacity barrel to fit the Thumler's Model A-R6 rock tumbler. It includes the soft rubber barrel, the lid and sealing ring.

Thumler's 12-Pound Barrel:

This large hexagon barrel has a 12-pound capacity and fits the Thumler's Model A-R12 rock tumbler. It includes the soft rubber barrel, lid and sealing ring.

Thumler's 10-Pound UV-10 Bowl:

This bowl fits the Thumler's UV-10 vibratory rock tumbler. It has a ten pound capacity. Included are the bowl, lid, washer and wing-nut. A special bowl for polishing will help you keep that step free from possible grit contamination.

Thumler's A-R Model Tumbler Motor

This replacement motor fits all of the machines in the Thumlers AR series, including the A-R1, A-R2, A-R6 and A-R12. It is overload protected and will shut off automatically when under excessive load. Easy to replace, just remove the belt, mounting screws and replace.
