Thumler's Model MP-1 & Model-T Belt

Replacing the belt on a Thumler's MP-1 and Model-T Tumblers is an easy job that can be done without tools. Just lift the drive shaft with the pulley off of the frame, slip the belt over the pulley, replace the drive shaft and stretch the belt over the motor pulley.

Thumler's MP-1 Bearings

Thumler's MP-1 bearings are simple to replace. Lift up the shaft, slide off the old bearings, and put on the new ones.

Thumler's Tumbler Bearings

Thumler's bearings are made of polyethylene. These bearings fit all Thumler's tumblers except for the MP-1 Tumbler.

Stop Squeaky Bearings

We oil our Thumler's Tumblers every 30 days (or after each batch of rocks) with 3-IN-ONE Multi-Purpose Oil or SAE20 motor oil. Only one drop on each bearing. See our article for photos and detailed instructions.

Thumler's Rubber Roller

These rubber rollers for the drive shaft are what give the barrel traction and keep it turning to tumble the rocks inside. Replace worn rollers for optimum tumbling action. A set of two rubber rollers is needed for the A-R1 and A-R6 tumblers, while a set of three rollers is needed for the A-R2 and A-R12 tumblers.

Thumler's Tumbler Nylon Roller

After years of use, the nylon rollers on the idler shaft may wear down and need to be replaced. We offer a set of two rollers for the A-R1 and A-R6 tumblers and a set of three rollers for the A-R2 and A-R12 tumblers.

Thumler's Barrel Guides for A-R Tumblers

These barrel guides fit all A-R models of Thumler's tumblers and are simple to replace. Remove the retainer clip from the shaft, take off the bearing and guide, slide on a new guide then replace the bearing and retainer clip. We suggest purchasing some extra retainer clips just in case you damage one.

Model B Tumbler Barrel Guides

Constructed of polyethylene, Thumler's Model B tumbler barrel guides are very durable. These guides don't need to be replaced often, but when they do, it is an easy job. Purchasing extra retainer clips is a good idea in case you damage one while removing it to change out the guide.

Thumler's Shaft Retainer Clips

Retainer clips are used to hold the bearings on the end of the shafts and to hold the nylon rollers in the proper location on the idler shaft.

Thumler's Drive Pulley

This pulley fits on the drive shaft of Thumler's rotary tumblers. It can be used for any of the following tumblers: Thumler's MP-1, A-R1, A-R2, A-R6, A-R12, Model B, Model T, and Model T2.

Thumler's 2-Pound and 3-Pound Barrel Lid

This is the plastic lid for the Thumler's Tumbler three-pound and two-pound barrels. Fits the barrels on Thumler's Models MP-1, Model-T, A-R1 and A-R2.

Thumler's 2-Pound and 3-Pound Barrel Retaining Ring

This is the rubber retaining ring that is used to secure the lid on a Thumler's Tumbler two-pound and three-pound barrel. These barrels are on Thumler's Models A-R1, A-R2, Model-T and MP-1.

Thumler's A-R6 Lid

This plastic lid is designed for Thumler's A-R6 nine-pound barrel.

Thumler's A-R6 Retaining Ring

This retaining ring is used to secure the lid on a Thumler's A-R6 nine-pound barrel. Note: This new retaining ring will appear much smaller than the one that you're replacing. That's because it hasn't been stretched out yet. We made a video to show you how we get it to fit.

Thumler's A-R12 12-Pound Barrel Lid

This is Thumler's Model A-R12 barrel lid. If you need a new retainer ring, it will need to be purchased separately.

This rubber gasket is what gives the 15-pound barrel on a Thumler's Model B tumbler a watertight seal. If you are trying to use this for a different tumbler barrel be sure to take accurate measurements. It usually does not fit other types of tumblers.

Thumler's 3-Pound Barrel

Thumler's 9-Pound Barrel

Here is a nine-pound capacity barrel to fit the Thumler's Model A-R6 rock tumbler. It includes the soft rubber barrel, the lid, and retainer ring.

Thumler's 15-Pound Barrel

A 15-pound capacity tumbler barrel designed for the Thumler's Model B rock tumbler. It includes the metal frame, metal lid, soft rubber insert, lid gasket, wing nuts and washers.

Thumler's 4-Pound UV Mini Bowl Bowl

This 4-pound capacity bowl is designed for use with a Thumler's UV Mini Bowl vibratory rock tumbler. It is a complete bowl including the lid and lid pad. Washers and wing nuts sold separately. Not recommended for use on Thumler's UV-10 Industrial.

Thumler's 10-Pound UV-10 Bowl

This bowl fits the Thumler's UV-10 vibratory rock tumbler. It has a ten pound capacity. Included are the bowl, lid and lid pad. Washers and wing nuts sold separately.

Thumler's Bowl for the UV-18 Tumbler

This bowl fits the Thumler's UV-18 vibratory rock tumbler. It has an eighteen pound capacity. Included are the bowl, lid, and lid pad. Washers and nuts sold separately.

A-R Tumblers Motor Pulley

This pulley fits the motor on all A-R model Thumler's Tumblers. The Thumler's A-R pulley has a 1/4" inside diameter and 3/4" outside diameter.

Model B Motor Pulley

This pulley fits Thumler's Model B tumbler motor. The Model B pulley has a 5/16" inside diameter and 3/4" outside diameter.

Thumler's Motor Mounting Nuts

Two keps nuts (nuts with attached, free spinning, star-shaped lock washers) are used to keep the motor in place. For Thumler's Model MP-1, Model T, and Model T2: The nuts screw onto the two motor-mounting bolts where they extend through the motor housing, one on each side of the opening where the motor's drive shaft protrudes. For Thumler's Models A-R1, A-R2, A-R6, A-R12, and Model B: The nuts screw onto the two motor-mounting bolts where they extend through the motor-mounting brackets. A 9mm wrench is needed to install.
