Thumler's UV-45 Tumbler Parts

We sell replacement parts for the Thumler's UV-45 rock tumbler: bowls, foam pads, nuts, washers, and feet.

PLEASE NOTE:

The UV-45 tumbler uses the same yellow-band bowl for rocks, brass, and other metals.

Thumler's UV-45 Feet and Bolts

Sturdy metal feet with a rubber coating for the Thumler's UV-45 vibratory rock tumbler. Sold as a set of 3.

Thumler's UV-45 Bowl and Lid Washer

This is the dual-purpose washer that goes on a Thumler's UV-45. It comes with a rubber pad attached and can be used either to secure the bowl to the machine base, or to hold the lid down on top of the bowl.

UV-45 Wing Nut for Threaded Center Post

This is a replacement wing nut for the UV-45 vibratory tumbler. It is used to hold the lid down on top of the bowl. The padded washer that goes underneath is sold separately above. Simply slide the padded washer down the center post, then add the wing nut and tighten until snug.

UV-45 Bowl Nut and Star Washer

This is the bowl nut and star washer used to secure the bowl to the base of the machine. The padded washer that goes underneath these is sold separately above. A 14mm wrench is needed to install.

Thumler's UV-45 Foam Lid Pad

This is a replacement foam pad that attaches to the underside of the lid for the UV-45. It is self-adhesive; just peel and stick! The foam pad helps to create a seal between the bowl and the lid.

Thumler's UV-45 Foam Base Pad

This is a replacement foam pad that attaches to the metal base beneath the bowl. It is self-adhesive; just peel and stick! This pad creates a cushion between the bowl and the machine.

Please Note:

It is very important to use this thick foam pad under the bowl. If you don't protect the bottom of the bowl, a tiny rock fragment or other debris will act like a drill bit while the bowl is vibrating. Keep this base pad very clean and remove any particles from the bottom of your bowl before placing it on the machine. Don't place your bowl on the floor - it might pick up debris from the floor!

This bowl can process approximately 45 pounds of material.
Rough Size: To fit into the bowl, one dimension of the rough must be less than 5 1/4 inches. The other dimension should not be much more than that.
