Thumler's Model MP-1 & Model-T Replacement Belt
Replacing the belt on a Thumler's MP-1 and Model-T Tumblers is an easy job that can be done without tools. Just lift the drive shaft with the pulley off of the frame, slip the belt over the pulley, replace the drive shaft and stretch the belt over the motor pulley. Congratulations! |

Replacing the belt on a Lortone Model 3A tumbler is an easy job. Just use a screwdriver to open the case, loosen the two screws that
hold the motor to the case, stretch the belt over the two pulleys, move the motor until the belt is snug on the pulleys, tighten the motor-mounting screws and close the case. Congratulations! |

Lortone Model 33B & 45C Belt
Replacing a belt on a Lortone Model 33B or 45C tumbler is easy. Just use a screwdriver to open the case, loosen the two screws that

Lortone QT6, QT12, QT66 Belt
Replacing the belt on a Lortone Model QT tumbler is easy. Just remove the belt cover on the side of the case, loosen the two screws that hold the motor in place, stretch the belt over the pulleys, move the motor until the belt is snug on the pulleys, tighten the motor mounting screws, replace the cover. Congratulations! |

Tumble-Bee Drive Belt:
Fits all Tumble Bee tumblers. Made from polyurethane with embedded nylon fibers. This is a timing-style design for non-slip traction. The folks at Tumble-Bee estimate that it typically delivers 3000-4000 hours of operation. |

Thumler's Tumblers Bearings:
Thumler's bearings are simple to replace. Just remove the retainer clip from the end of the shaft, remove the old bearing, slide on a new bearing and replace the retainer clip. We suggest purchasing some extra retainer clips just in case you damage one while taking it off or putting it on. |

Lortone Model 3A Bearings
Lortone bearings are easy to replace. First remove the belt. Then remove the retaining ring from the end of the drive shaft, push the shaft into the case, pull out the old bearing, slide in the new bearing, reassemble, repeat for each bearing. |

Lortone bearings are easy to replace. First remove the belt. Then remove the retaining ring from the end of the drive shaft, push the shaft into the case, pull out the old bearing, slide in the new bearing, reassemble, repeat for each bearing. |

Lortone 3A Drive Shaft
Lortone Model 3A replacement drive shaft comes with a retainer clip already on it. To replace the drive shaft on a 3A it is necessary to remove the pulley off of the old shaft and reuse it on the new one. |

Thumler's Tumbler Nylon Roller:
After years of use the nylon rollers on the idler shaft my wear down and need to be replaced. We offer a set of two rollers for the A-R1 and A-R6 tumblers and a set of three rollers for the A-R2 and A-R12 tumblers. Roller replacement is simple just remove the old rollers from the idler shaft and slide the new rollers into their place. |

Thumler's Rubber Roller:
These rubber rollers for the drive shaft are what give the barrel traction and keep it turning to tumble the rocks inside. Replace worn rollers for optimum tumbling action. A set of two rubber rollers is needed for the A-R1 and A-R6 tumblers while a set of three rollers is needed for the A-R2 and A-R12 tumblers. |

Thumler's tumbler barrel guides are simple to replace. Just remove the retainer clip from the end of the shaft, remove the bearing and guide, slide on a new guide and replace the bearing and retainer clips. We suggest purchasing some extra retainer clips just in case you damage one. |

Model B Tumbler Barrel Guides:
Thumler's Model B tumbler barrel guides are constructed of polyethylene and are simple to replace. Just remove the retainer clip from the end of the shaft, remove the bearing, rubber roller and then the old guide, slide on a new guide and replace the rubber roller, bearing and retainer clips. We suggest purchasing some extra retainer clips just in case you damage one. |

Replacement springs for the Lot-O-Tumbler are sold in sets of six. The Lot-O Single has six springs (four in the back and two in the front). The Lot-O Twin has twelve springs (eight in the back and four in the front). You will need two sets if you are going to replace all of the springs on a Twin. |

Lot-O-Tumbler Motor Fans:
Replacement fans are sold in pairs and have the counter weights mounted within the fan. When you replace a pair of fans be sure that the counter weights are in matching positions on each side of the machine. These fans work on the Lot-O-Tumbler Single and Twin. |
