Rose Quartz is a pink variety of the mineral quartz. Its soft pink color and transparent to translucent diaphaneity makes it a very attractive and
desirable gemstone. It is one of the most popular tumbled stones that we sell.
Our tumbled Rose Quartz is a translucent stone with a light, pastel pink color and a very bright polish.
You can purchase it in 4 ounce (113 gram), 8 ounce (226 gram) and one pound (453 gram) bags. Your stones will be similar in size, shape and color to the stones
pictured above. They are perfect for a variety of jewelry and craft projects - or simply to admire.
More information about Rose Quartz
Rose Quartz is a very popular gemstone. It is most often cut into beads, used in small sculptures
and cut into cabochons. It is frequently used for earrings, pendants, pins and rings.
It is rarely perfectly transparent but high-quality, colorful, transparent specimens can produce beautiful faceted stones.
Rarely Rose Quartz contains tiny needles of rutile that, when present in parallel orientations, can
produce asterism that yields a six ray star in properly polished stones. The stones sold here do not have these rutile inclusions.
