Crazy Lace Agate Tumbler Rough
Crazy Lace Agate
Crazy lace is one of the most famous agates of all time and one of the most widely-tumbled materials.
The "crazy lace" name comes from the intricate lacy banding that can be seen in most pieces - look closely at the image above and you will see them.
Our crazy lace is a white to gray agate with bands, lace, eyes and splashes of orange, brown, red and yellow colors.
Crazy lace is a durable material that takes a very high polish. Pieces in this mix range from about 1/4" (6 mm) to 1 1/2" (38 mm) in diameter - mostly larger pieces that will make nice tumbled gemstones. Photographed wet to show full color.
